Portfolio - Community Management - Fallon

In 2013 I spent a month full-time at Fallon (London) providing copy, concept work, community management services, strategy and reporting for Cadbury UK’s Wispa Facebook and Twitter pages for the launch campaign of their new Wispa Hot Chocolate product.

I wrote scheduled posts and responsive copy in character as their original character "The Frothybeast" on Facebook and Twitter – even manning the dedicated Frothybeast blackberry mobile phone (the number for which was featured in the advert that launched on YouTube, and aired once on terrestrial TV during the final of Britain's Got Talent). Fortunately, for the latter I didn't have to adopt the (Italian?) accent of the character as he appeared in the video – just reply to any text messaged we received. (Quite a few, as it turned out.)

A year or so later I spent 6 months providing contracted cover for two SCA toilet-roll brand accounts that Fallon was running profiles for on Facebook. (Cushelle and Velvet.)

Here are some screen-grabs from the end-of-campaign report docs for the former, and reports and content scheduling docs for the latter:
